I honestly don't see how the Vampire Hunter has a chance here. But I'll wait for Tornadoman to make an argument for him.

Well, Vampire D has combat expeience. I'm only maybe halfway through Heroes season 1 so I don't know how Peter develops by the of season four.

I'll have to agree with Bi-han, Vampire Hunter stands absolutely no chance of winning this.
Especially since the powers that grant Peter the victory has nothing to do with either strength or speed, so the "Equal match" button won't actually do anything.

Peter would win easily. He would gain new abilities in addition to the powerful ones he already has like his nuke ability to wipe out a city. Peter is only losing because of lack of knowledge.
