ROBIN HOOD: HEAVEN TO EARTH
Plot Summary:
When a mysterious machine falls out of the sky in the Sherwood Forest, panic ensues as the creatures within wreak havoc in Nottingham. Only one man can save them: Robin Hood! With help from his band of thieves, Robin must defend an old fortress as the Xenomorphs start taking over England.
Full Plot:
In the Alien universe, an interdimensional wormhole opens up on a remote planet in deep space. A small spaceship is floating adrift after a swarm of Xenomorphs killed all the crew members. The ship is about to crash land into the planet when it is sucked into the wormhole.
The ship ends up crash landing in Sherwood Forest in the 12th century. The citizens of Nottinghamshire report seeing a crack in Heaven open up and a glimmering light descend into the forest, which they presume to be an angel. The band of thieves led by Robin Longstride, also known as Robin Hood, hear the spaceship crash near their camp. Robin decides to go and investigate the cause of the noise. He discovers the ship, which is infested with Xenomorphs. The Xenomorphs leap out and wander into the forest. One Xenomorph spots Robin and attempts to kill him, but Robin draws his bow and arrow and lodges an arrow into the Xenomorph’s skull, killing it.
Later that day, the Xenomorphs start attacking the citizens of Nottinghamshire, which causes most of the survivors to flee to an abandoned fortress in Sherwood Forest. Robin Hood and his band make a pledge to defend the villagers from the Xenomorphs. Robin and his crew manage to kill a few Xenomorphs, but soon find themselves outnumbered, as some unlucky villagers get chestbusters implanted in them.
Meanwhile in the Alien universe, the Colonial Marines discover a small colony of Xenomorphs near on the planet where the wormhole is. The marines discover the wormhole and decide to enter. On the other side, they see the Xenomorphs attacking the old fortress, and decide to help. They give out their futuristic weapons to Robin Hood and his crew, and are surprised at how well Robin is able to use such technology. After they kill all of the Xenomorphs and save the villagers, the Colonial Marines decide to recruit Robin Hood to their ranks. While Robin is reluctant to accept their offer at first, Robin later decides to go so that he can stop alien invaders from ever attacking England again. In the mean time, Robin hands down leadership of the Merry Men to Friar Tuck.
The comic ends with Robin travelling to the Alien universe with the Colonial Marines while fighting off hoards of Xenomorphs together.
