I am still working on an arc that parallels the book of revelation combined with DC characters but its been a little harder to put together than I thought.
In the mean time I am about to start putting together a Zombie survival arc incorporating some DC solely human characters. Why only human characters will be explained in the opening part to the arc. It will be a few days but should have the beginning up in a few days.

But hey, DC Comics crossed Superman over with Terminator and that didn't stop me. Go for it!  P.S. Just as a helpful suggestion, please don't make any one hero into a messiah. I sort of did that with Superman, and looking back I could have toned it down a bit. |

Hey guy Long time no see, if you can't tell by the name it's I_KNOW_ALL, sorry I've not been around in... well almost a year, but i'm back and here to stay. My first match has been worked on for a long time and I hope you guys enjoy it, it's not quite done yet but I'll give you a quick taste of it. This is the very beginning. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Mr. Luthor you have a visitor" Luthor's assistant entered the room sweating bullets. "Send whoever it is away," Luthor muttered his back turned to her, he was glancing out of his office into a war torn Metropolis tell them not to come back I’m too busy for them." "Luthor... Sir, you don't understand." "What do you mean I don't...?” He yelled while turning towards her, but his question had already been answered. "It time to pay up Luthor..." A voice coming from the shadow off his office doorway said. The sound of the Blood dripping from the end of a sword where the secretary now laid with her throat slit on the ground filled the room. For the first time, Luthor felt what real fear really was. I'm not going to say who all is involved though  |

Once you do, though, you may want to post links of profiles from the Database either within your match or in the first post afterward: electricferret.freeforums.net/#category-6 If some characters you're using aren't available in the Database, you can make a request for a profile of that character to be made here: electricferret.freeforums.net/thread/39/character-requests-databaseJust don't make tons of requests at once, please. Or, in the meantime, maybe find a link with info on any unavailable characters to post for your match. |

I'm actually working on a match right now. That feels weird to say, I haven't done this in so long. I was in a slump when EF was closing down. Anyway my umpcoming match is Vin vs. Toph Bei Fong. It should be up by the end of the day.

So with the Preliminaries and first match out of the way for my Grand Budokai Tenkaichi Tournament, I'm looking for some suggestions on who you guys want to see in it. I'm planning on having about 16 matches so that's 32 slots to fill. Granted I've already filled most of it but I'm still missing a good 10 or so. Plus you guys may have better ideas than I do so all suggestions are valued.

I'm going to be remaking my first ever match on the old Electric Ferret, Bob from Tekken versus Rufus from Street Fighter at some point. I plan to give it a ridiculously serious and melodramatic plot because it would be a funny contrast to the comedic characters' personalities.
The original match was a generic and short little 'two characters meet in an arena and fight' story. Rufus mistook Bob for Ken, Bob has no clue what Rufus is on about, and the two fight. Sound familiar? That's because it's basically the same as their respective stories in Street Fighter X Tekken, but I think I actually made my match before that trailer was released. Or at the very least, I didn't know about the trailer when I wrote the plot. The only difference was that Rufus was just messing with Bob when he mistook him for Ken, but in X Tekken, Rufus genuinely thought Bob was Ken. Interesting, right?

Okay, so that baby is about to be 2 so I don't have to sit and hold him every moment (still have to get after him every ten seconds or so though). I'm going to reboot my old megastory from the old site that I kind of even continued in the rumbles here for a while.
Most of the matches people will probably remember, I saw the comments of people who are still on here when I was pulling them from Electric Ferret.
It won't be that five matches a week like it used to be and may even be some months in-between stuff, but being that I had over 200 matches that are already written I should be able to get new material up fairly consistently.
Like I said, the megastory is rebooted so it will go in different directions sometimes but it should help start to build some records for all these characters that the admins have worked so hard to put into the database.
Plus I think I've devised a way to keep the story more organized so that a person can go back and read it in order and keep up with the various inter-crossing tales.
And I also haven't given up on that Secret Wars story from the first page on the official matches section. 9 parts is a lot and I still have the succeeding chapters drafted out, maybe I can get that one finished up too.
Might even proceed with that season three 2 on 2 tournament if I can. Those were pretty easy.
But the focus is the megastory. Look out for that.
