Would there be any real interest in a GTA Tournament once enough Grand Theft Auto characters are added for it? I could also add another theme, maybe Grand Theft Auto Vs Saints Row.

Nope, not really.
While the GTA games are pretty entertaining to play, their characters generally don't lend themselves very well to any kind of ongoing interest.
