Hawkman's Nth metal in the new 52 is way more powerful and durability then before. Hawkman takes down Sabretooth while Leo deals with Nightcrawler. Leo is skilled enough to eventually figure out a way to deal with Nightcrawler's teleporting. Team 2 wins

I see Nightcrawler being able to eventually beat Leo.
Hawkman and Sabretooth would be a bloody battle and the Nth metal will help Hawkman but after awhile it will be Nightcrawler and Sabretooth against Hawkman. (If they can work together)

Hawkman's nth metal can shot energy blasts, can increase his superhuman feats if it needs to, and more depending on the state of Hawkman in the battle. It can counter certain attacks and has many abilities Hawkman still doesn't realize himself. Neither Sabretooth or Nightcrawler have any ability to counter what Hawkman's nth metal will use against them. All it takes is a few hits to take out Nightcrawler and honestly Leo is skilled enough that he could probably keep Nightcrawler busy for a very good while until Hawkman eventually beats Sabretooth.
