The arena is an urban intersection and 4, 3 story buildings. Cars are scattered about the road.
All combatants have their standard gear
Its a dome arena that has spectators outside.

If Kaine had a better partner he could win but as is he definitely loses.

Black Canary and Kaine could have a slight chance. With Canary's cry, she could easily distract Cap and Deathstroke long enough to allow Kaine to land some critical strikes. It would be really tough for them to pull it off though. In all likely hood, Deathstroke toys with Canary while Cap fights Kaine. If Cap shows signs of needing help, Deathstroke ends it and helps him out.
While Kaine may have a edge physically, his less than adequate partner will be his downfall. While Kaine has the ability to possibly beat either Deathstroke or Cap 1 on 1, it WILL boil down to 2 on 1 against Kaine.

I'll have to go against the grain here, and say that Team one takes it, more specifically Kaine takes it.
As said, Kaine is capable of taking either Cap or Deathstroke in 1v1.
He's able to do it fast enough, that when the one he isn't fighting initially has taken down Black Canary, it'll still be a 1v1.

Yeah but the problem is Team 2 is a completely superior team mentally in combat and have the abilities to back it up. Canary won't last long enough to be much help because she physically can't keep up with the other 3 in combat. She gets taken out and this turns into a one on two match. Kaine may be more powerful and faster but unless he doesn't hold back from the start ( which he will hold back like he does in comics right now)and dispatches Captain America quickly to get him out the way to battle Slade alone he loses. Also to Slade's credit in the new 52 he has defeated the Lobo clone, Ravangers, and more so he can beat Kaine here by outsmarting him mentally once he see's he won't win a straight out fight.
This battle can go a lot of ways but Team 2 has most of the advantages.
