The arena is an urban intersection and 4, 3 story buildings. Cars are scattered about the road.
All combatants have their standard gear
Its a dome arena that has spectators outside.

I'm actually torn on this one. This can easily go either way. I suppose if Taskmaster can take out Daredevil in decent time, he and Cassandra can double team Midnighter. But I won't vote yet until I see some other comments.

Cassandra Cain could easily match Daredevil and personally I think she could edge him out in a fight between them. Taskmaster may be able to stall Midnighter but it will have to be two on one for Taskmaster and Cain to win.

Again, Midnighter rips through the opposition while his partner stands at the sideline cheering him on.
There is absolutely nothing they can do to stop him.

Taskmaster should be able to give Midnighter a good fight though with all those abilities. Maybe all those fighting styles he has will be an advantage....
Or maybe it just makes it more easy for Midnighter's battle computer to figure out whats going on regarding his ability and give Midnighter a counter. I agree Team 2 wins but I think Taskmaster will give Midnighter a run for his money.
