Street Fighters Balrog- working for Bison- is there to find the fighters that are tough enough to win so that they can be recruited for Shadowloo.
Virtua Fighter's Wolf is his opponent.
Location: exhibition chamber complete with spectators.
To win: submission, knock out or kill.
Balrog won't kill him if he think's he's good enough to serve Bison.
