Deathstroke  Captain America  The arena is an urban intersection and 4, 3 story buildings. Cars are scattered about the road. All combatants have their standard gear Its a dome arena that has spectators outside. |

I would have to say that the favor is in Team 2's hands here. May be wrong but seems that way personally.

Team two takes this fairly solidly.
They are superior both physically and mentally.
While Snakeeyes might have a small skill advantage, it isn't enough to overcome difference in physical capability.
Plus, team two has an extreme equipment advantage, especially if it's the new 52 version of Deathstroke.

I'm going with team 2 as well. A teleporter isn't that far a difference from The Flash which Deathstroke has fought many times. He'll get Nightcrawler's techniques pretty quickly. Snake-Eyes and Deathstroke would be great rivals. Deathstroke, however would slightly edge him out because he's more tactical. And then Deathstroke's partner is the man that will never stop fighting. Beyond the two of them working together being a problem, ( I think they would team up just fine as long as that situation requires it) they would beat their opponents first and then go at each other.

Team One gets their ass kicked. Deathstroke is a beast in the new 52 in combat and has fought superior opponents. Deathstroke I don't think fought Flash yet in the new 52 but it doesn't matter being that he is superior then his Pre 52 counterpart. Captain America can take out Snake since he has fought superior fighters and foes that are faster then Snake in combat. Deathstroke would have no problem taking out Nightcrawler. Nightcrawler after a while would do the same type of attack and to someone like Slade with his mind he would begin to figure out his next attacks pretty quickly.
