Daredevil  Midnighter  VSShredder  Deadpool  The arena is an urban intersection and 4, 3 story buildings. Cars are scattered about the road. All combatants have their standard gear Its a dome arena that has spectators outside. |

Now this may be interesting. While some will say Deadpool is the deciding factor, keep in mind he has been KO'd and dismemberment is a form of incapacitating him.
Dont know a whole lot about Midnighter. Have to do more research to pick sides here.

Daredevil beats Deadpool because my now he has a good idea of what he is dealing with. Midnighter with his battle computer will ultimately prevail after a long fight.

Midnighter rips through Deadpool and Shredder like a hot knife through butter, while Daredevil just watches the carnage.

Midnighter is the one that wins it for team 1. Daredevil could take Shredder but it would take a while.

hmm, didnt realize how quite advanced Midnighter was. Yeah team 1 wins. Wish I had known sooner. was trying to get fairly lower level street characters.
Not that it will help but food for thought, the current shredder has shown the ability to out fight all 4 turtles at once. He has shown greater strength and speed then some of the mutants also. He is versed in some magic. Recently it is also revealed that he has 3 lifetimes of experience. He has also defeated himself in the future and knows the day he is suppose to die, making him essentially fearless.

I don't know about that. Shredder could probably beat Daredevil with all that going for him. It would still take a while.
