The story - "The Eleven's Leagues, Part Two: The Complex
The Eleven had one part of the machine from the Xenomorph-infested planet in his possession, but needed the second part, and a second team of mismatched warriors to retrieve it from.
High in the skies above New York City, Peter Parker was hovering and observing his home from afar. He had won the jackpot in the "superpower lottery", as it is called. His superhero career had him start out with the proportional strength, speed and agility of a spider as well as adhesive skin, but soon ended up with the power of a god. He often ruminated on all of the things he could achieve with his latest power set. While essentially meditating in mid air, he was whisked away in the Eleven's TARDIS.
Peter awoke. "... What?.." he exclaimed quietly as he looked around in the TARDIS interior. The Eleven was standing beside the main console.
"So you can fly? Must be my lucky day! I meant to go to Earth-616 to find that world's Spider-Man, but I did a typo on the navigation computer and ended up here in Earth-16." explained the Eleven very quickly.
"How did I get here? Where am I?" Peter questioned to his captor.
"Ah, yes, the questions. If you don't mind me saying, I'm getting quite bored of them now." said the Eleven as he diligently pulled a few levers on his console unit.
Parker started hovering and fired a bright blue beam of energy from his palm beside the Eleven as a threat, making the rogue Time Lord jump. "Tell me what exactly is going on here, now." growled Cosmic Spider-Man. The TARDIS hurtled through space and ended up in a different universe from Earth-16. Suddenly, Parker felt his godlike powers, the Enigma Force, vanish. He wasn't quite so cosmic anymore. He was just regular old Spider-Man once again. Peter landed on his feet, and tried in vain to fire another energy blast, but obviously could not.
"What happened?" asked Peter.
"Your guess is as good as mine." said the Eleven.
"We must now be in a different universe. I can't use my Captain Universe power outside of my universe!" explained Spider-Man.
The Eleven tutted before saying, "Well... That's a shame. I'm sure it won't be a problem, though. I've heard great things about regular Spider-Men anyway."
While the Enigma Force was gone, Spider-Man still had his classic Spidey-sense to warn him of oncoming danger. His spider-sense tingled, and he jumped to the left to avoid... Nothing. Were his old powers starting to fail him? What was going on?
"Did you... See me?" asked a voice coming from the spot that Peter jumped away from.
"What?" exclaimed Parker in confusion.
"You just encountered the Invisible Man, himself, Spider-Man! Well, kind of. This is the second Invisible Man, Rodney Skinner. He's a member of the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen; they're a bit like Victorian Avengers." explained the Eleven.
Peter looked at the Eleven. "Victorian?"
"Oh yeah, forgot to mention. This is my time machine, the TARDIS. Time and Relative Dimensions in Space, if you're wondering what it stands for."
"I must be dreaming." thought Peter.
The secret agent named Ethan Hunt quietly strolled into the console from another room in the vast complex to meet the new passenger.
"Who's this now?" asked Hunt.
"I'm Spider-Man."
"Great, everyone knows each other now," interrupted the Eleven before saying "Now, your mission, if you choose to except it... I'm kidding, you're all doing this if you accept or not!"
The Eleven explained their mission, which was in essence the same mission he gave to James Bond, Marty McFly and Ronnie Raymond, except they were all taken to a different part of the nameless planet that were infested with Xenomorphs. The location the heroic team was dropped off in was a bizarre deserted complex hanging over the ocean and in between two mountains. The buildings built into the two mountainsides were connected by a series of diagonal bridges.
To get the machinery out of the chronon-blocked zone that the TARDIS couldn't access, the team would have to escort it along the rails downwards from the top until they could reach an elevator at the lowest point in the complex that they could place the machine in. The elevator would then take it to the surface of the mountain. Unfortunately, Xenomorphs nested within some of the managerial rooms within the complex. When the team parachuted down to the ground, they were ready to fight, with Peter having fully stocked web shooters, Ethan having guns and Rodney having guns that he borrowed from Ethan.
