The Eternal War has begun...The Ultimate battle between good and evil. Light versus Dark. The Forces of the Order versus the Armies of Chaos. The fate of the entire multiverse will be decided once and for all...This is but one battle during that terrible war...
In the Fortress of Solitude... Lion-O, leader of the ThunderCats; and Aslan, the Great Lion of Narnia, stood side-by-side as they gazed into the Order’s Magic Crystal Ball, watching as several battles unfolded before them. “Our forces have successfully fought off the invading Ork armies on Earth-2 and Earth Prime, but the Daleks are beginning to close in on that sector,” Aslan said. "We will need to send more aid before they strike." "Have we regained contact with the other Masters of the Order?" Lion-O asked. Aslan shook his massive head, "Unfortunately not. Cthulhu's telepathy still hinders our communication across the multiverse. It will take more time for us to negate his power." Lion-O continued to watch the ball with unease as battles of good and evil waged in numerous universes. "My team should be returning shortly. We may be able to catch the Dalek Army in time Aslan." "No, Lion-O, your presence is best served here by my side. I have need of your expert strategy skill if we are to win this war," Aslan noted, nodding to the new image in the crystal ball. One of the many feeds in the ball grew larger at Aslan's silent request, showing them a large Cybermen army overwhelming the capital city of Lothal.
Lion-O's interest swelled, "What is this?" "Planet Lothal. It's a small, peaceful world on the outskirts of the Star Wars universe. The army attacking it however, isn't of their universe. Chaos must have sent them," Aslan explained. "How many agents do we have in that universe?", Lion-O questioned. "There are a few, but we've lost communication with them since the Siege of Korriban. I have no way of knowing where they have gone. For the time being... we are on our own," Aslan replied. Lion-O stood silent for a moment as he weighed the options in front of him... "I do not wish to put you in a quandary, Lion-O. If you're thinking of leaving, know that you are all we can spare until your teammates arrive. We must be patient. Lothal isn't a strategic position so our losses--" Aslan spoke before Lion-O cut him off. "But there are still innocent lives at stake, Aslan. We cannot afford to let Chaos run free. I must go," Lion-O stressed to this fellow feline friend. Lion-O removed himself from Aslan's side and took the stairs to the walkway above. Before reaching the Manhattan Vortex, Aslan protested Lion-O's decision. "You'll be facing an entire army of Cybermen. Again, I must advise that we wait for your team to arrive. There is no sense in getting yourself killed..." Lion-O finally turned to answer Aslan, "I will do my best to thin their army and will return shortly. If I take too long, then send what reinforcements that you can." "You have my word, friend. Just be cautious. My blessing can only protect you for so long..." Aslan added. Lion-O responded with a nod then raced through the vortex, sending himself through the multiverse nexus and out at his desired location, Lothal.
Lion-O (ThunderCats) will be dropped in the middle of the city and will attempt to save it's citizens as best he can while also destroying the Cybermen army. He is equipped with his usual weapons and is in top condition. He now possesses the blessing of Aslan(which is just a buff) which gives him slightly increased abilities, strength, speed, a slow healing factor and magical shielding that will all gradually decrease the longer he fights. (The shielding can only withstand a few blasts from the Cybermen)
The Cybermen (Nightmare in Silver version) only possess a ground army but have over a thousand at their disposal. A few hundred will attack the city at one time. If the army starts getting destroyed, they will continue to upgrade themselves and become even harder for Lion-O to destroy.

Great story arc. Thundercats and Aslan joining together is a great alliance. I am sorry but no way can even Lion O survive that many Cybermen. Lion O will probably save the citizens but die in battle with that many he is up against. I looke forward to seeing who you include in this arc. The Cybermen's weapons, equipment, armor, and more will be too much for him.

Good match, man. Going to read the rest of this story arc for sure. The Cybermen win for sure, though. Lion-O is powerful, but the Mondasian Cybermen are a massive threat. If I remember rightly, if even a single Cybermen were to show up on a planet, then the resistance fighters blow up the entire planet. The Cybermen can upgrade themselves to counter anything Lion-O throws at them, so they get my vote.

I'm glad you guys like it. I'm seriously proud about how this setup turned out. I've been waiting for awhile to get the Eternity War up and going but since it's so large-scale it has been a challenge. Hope the rest of it turns out as good as this.
As a secondary question, I'd like to add the question of how many Cybermen does Lion-O destroy? How many citizens does he save? How long is he able to hold them off?
I ask just to get an idea of how many Cybermen would be left.

Well whether it was a ship or teleportation. Lion O can definitely find a way to save the citizens. He will probably draw attention on him and distract whatever Cybermen are near while the citizens escape. As far as how many he wins. Well if Aslan increased his abilities even further then between that, that sword of his, and his abilities he probably takes out 20 at the most while he moves around and saves the citizens. I could see Lion O taking cover as soon as he is dropped in the city and taking out Cybermen with surprise attacks whenever possible. It may be hard to do with thousands but a city has plenty of places to hide and take cover. His mission is to save the citizens. Not fight as many Cybermen as he can. Lion O is a smart fighter and is a bit of a strategist himself when required.
Like I said Lion O gets the citizens off planet but this is one of those mission I don't see him returning from.

Realistically, he won't be able to save everybody in a whole city. People are all over the place and he can't be everywhere so some are going to die despite his best efforts.
As for how long will he last? Maybe two hours, then the Cybermen get a grip on what the problem is. Hopefully somebody will come to help before the Lord of the Thundercats is eliminated.

Lion does not have the strength, speed, and reflexes to kill a hundred Cybermen in a city full of Thousand all around him. That is too high of a number.

Good match, Russ. I'm going to have to agree with the others, though. Lion-O may be powerful in his own right and a good strategist, but he's also been known to be a little brash at times. From what I've looked up on the Cybermen, an army of thousands look to be too much for him.

I had a feeling that Lion-O would lose this one, but it wasn't exactly easy to gauge his power in comparison to the Cybermen. Though I think he will take out a few hundred if he's careful. Even with two or three hundred in the city at a time, they will still be a bit spread out. Lion-O will probably get most of the citizens to safety but it would be impossible for him to do it alone. Luckily he has the Sword of Omens so that should help him find the citizens much more easily and also know when Cybermen get too close.
The more I think about it, the more I think I should have changed the poll to how many citizens he can save/how many Cybermen can he kill?

The modern Cybermen can also use their "Cybermites" to convert people into cyber-agents on the spot, so Lion-O would have to be extremely quick if his main objective is to save as many people as possible. With their futuristic technology allowing them to convert any organic matter into Cybermen, the cyborgs could even convert Lion-O himself into a Cyber-Planner or something like that if they so wished, and he wouldn't be able to fight back since only extremely intelligent beings (like the Doctor) have been able to resist it.

I hadn't really thought about the Cybermites... that could play a factor here. It would bad for Lothal if Lion-O was converted but I think the citizens being converted would be more likely. Lets also keep in mind Lion-O's speed, which is at least 120 mph in full sprint. If he needs to run, the Cybermen won't be able to keep up. I also think the Sword Of Omens can extend more if he keeps saying "Thunder", so he could have a really really long ass sword to cut them down at a distance.
