Had to just use the initials of the characters because the subject line wouldn't let me type their whole names.
Jackie Chan & Li Long vs. Hakan & The Prince of Persia
Previously: Hong Kong supercop Kevin Chan took down the Islamic terrorist Habib Marwan and sent a mystical book to his cousin
Jackie in America. Lei-Fei, a member of a cult that still served the Chinese emperor, went after Kevin and Li Long, who was with the
official Chinese government, came to assist Kevin.
When it was clear that Lei Fei wasn’t going to be easily defeated, Li Long pulled out his weapon- a pair of nun chucks with blades on
the ends. This gave him the victory.
A slack jawed Kevin Chan stared at the victor waiting to see what he would do next.
“He will not be the last.” Li Long warned.
The two removed themselves from the area and finally decided on what to do.
“The cult that Lei-Fei belongs to is only a piece of this conspiracy.” Li Long explained. “We must follow through on the investigation
that you started.”
“It wasn’t really an investigation.” Kevin expounded. “I was sent to stop Habib Marwan. That is all my mission was. I was never told
what he had or how he came to know about it.”
“I do.” Li Long said proudly. “The Muslim extremists are being used. They were given information on ancient Chinese mysticism and
promised its effectiveness against their enemies.”
“It sounds like the danger isn’t in China.” Kevin theorized.
“Yes. The trail leads to the Persian world.”
“Then that’s where we’ll go.”

The Prince was having a lot of trouble these days. Someone was after the sands of time and he didn’t know who. Already five
attempts on his life had failed. People around him had died.
He wanted to make contact with the Arabian Knight. The premier super hero of the region was ‘just what the doctor ordered’ as they
said in American movies. But the Knight did have ties to the Saudi government and he wasn’t sure he could trust them.
As far as he could tell, the threat came from the Middle East. Leaving the region seemed like a good idea. His country didn’t have
the best relations with the west so American and even Europe was too much trouble and would leave him exposed to those after his
family treasure.
The sands of time had been passed down through his family for centuries. By modern times, only a few mystics and nobles even
knew of its existence. To have someone after it now meant that ancient knowledge had come into someone’s hands.
Though a traveled man, The Prince felt his options limited. He had a good friend in Turkey he could turn to. His name was Hakan, a
respected businessman and fighter who had participated in the World Warrior tournament. Hakan had even tried to sway The Prince
to compete but was unsuccessful.
Hakan received The Prince jubilantly and took him to a restaurant that he fancied to discuss his friend’s trouble.
They noticed a pair of Chinese men eating there as well. What was odd about them was that the men seemed more disciplined than
tourists. The Prince kept an eye on them.
In reaction, Kevin and Li Long began to watch them more closely.
“Could these people be more enemies?” Kevin whispered to Li Long.
“I don’t know. But they do seem interested in us.”
At the other table…
“I don’t like them.” Hakan murmured. “They’re watching us too closely. I think they might be after you.”
“We should get out of here.” The Prince suggested.
“I’m not going to run from them.” Hakan snorted. He started to rise from his seat.
At the first table…
“Look.” Li Long nodded. “They’re making their move.”
Adrenalin activated, Kevin Chan stood up. “Then we’d better make ours.”
“You must be looking for trouble!” Hakan shouted to the Asian men.
“More like keeping trouble out of our hair!” Kevin replied.
“Then you’ve got some work to do!” Hakan growled.
The verbal exchange didn’t even make since but everyone was on edge already and had decided what needed to be done.
The other patrons must have sensed the impending fight and started to clear out. Far enough, at least, to watch from a safe
distance.
Fight Parameters:
Classic misunderstanding brawl.
