James Marshal sat back in his chair and huffed loudly. He then put his temple to his palm and huffed again.
Detectives Del Spooner and Matt Parkman were dead.
“Don’t blame yourself sir.” Nick Fury said. “I was the one who sent them on that mission. I should have provided more back up.”
“We didn’t expect such a strong response, Nick,” Marshal growled. “But we should have. This is The Hand. Trained killers. Putting those two on
their trail was like signing their death certificates.”
“To add to that, there’s still no evidence against them. The kind of action required to shut down a ninja clan like that would need good
reasoning.”
“Oh I think the death of two American detectives is plenty of provocation for us to go after them hard.” Marshal snarled.
“First order of business, I want our guys bodies brought home. The Hand didn’t leave them for people to find. We’ll have to do some wet work
to make things right.”

It was a just mission. Two Americans were killed and their bodies needed to be recovered.
Sam Fisher would have volunteered for this if he hadn’t been ordered.
Americans handled stealth a lot differently from Asians. Ninjas in particular had mastered the art before there even was an America.
In Fishers opinion, a little tech helped even things out. His was simply a recon mission. Depending on how well he could do his job, the cavalry
would come to save him or just to sanitize the place. Either way, no ninja were going to be leaving out of here on their own two legs.
He wasn’t sure who was all in the back up team but with this being a James Marshal approved op, he expected the best. For all he knew,
Marshal had talked the Avengers into taking The Hand down.
Evidently, The Hand had made a deal with ISIS in Syria. They were given some territory of their own. GOD knew who the Islamic State had
asked them to kill in exchange for the land.
It was mainly flat land with a few buildings scattered about. The area was segmented with various skill conditioning gyms, some of which were
being used as Fisher made his infiltration. They were ninja after all so night training was no surprise. It might have been a better idea in this
case to attack during the day.
Technically, the mission had begun when he got to the Syrian border. With the camp now in site, a deeper focus settled him. His approach
already planned out, Sam Fisher moved forward.
Fight Parameters:
Sam Fisher must steal on the The Hand’s training grounds. He’s encouraged to kill any ninja he comes across.
He is to locate the bodies of Del Spooner and Matt Parkman or at least find out what the ninjas did with them.
There are 75 Hand ninja at the training camp. Some are training, others lounging or doing other chores. 5 ninja guard the perimeters of the
base.
Vote for Sam Fisher if you believe he can successfully find Spooner and Parkman’s bodies, or what was done with them (the information is at
the training camp) and not be killed.
Vote for the Hand if you think they’ll discover him and kill him.
