Judge Dredd and Judge Anderson vs. Morpheus and Trinity
Judges were not popular or well known but the people that knew of them were well aware of their reputation. Judges were to be feared. Even
the toughest of law breakers started sweating when word came that a Judge was on their case.
Established as an ultra-extreme police force, by none other than former President James Marshal, Judges tended to be more executioners than
anything else. Their victims were the worst of the worst, men who would have gotten the death penalty anyway. Such men could not be taken
in by regular law enforcement agencies so Judges were sent in to pseudo-legally put them down permanently.
There were only a few dozen in the world- Judge Dredd being the greatest of them. He had worked solo until being partnered with a psi named
Anderson. In their few cases together she had earned his respect and his trust.
It still didn’t sit right with them, not investigating the attempt on David Palmer’s life, but the Judges knew their place. Fury had instructed them
to follow up on another event. A temporal disturbance had been reported but the team that went to study it found no source. That indicated
an arrival.
Someone had arrived at this location from a different time and moved on to do whatever business they had come to do.
Dredd and Anderson didn’t have the means to track out of time incursions so they had to try and find the perpetrators the old fashioned way.
Someone was running around out of place. Find the weirdos and you find the time travelers.
Someone was trespassing on Ultratech grounds. No one did that. This had to be the time travelers.
Even if the people they encountered had never heard of a Judge, Judges were given high profile credentials that gave them access and
authority of urgent law enforcement business. With this they were able to access Ultratech and find the perps.
The place had been infiltrated hostilely. That was evident as the Judges passed downed guard after downed guard. The security men hadn’t
been killed but they weren’t going to be getting up anytime soon.
Anderson took off her helmet and started scanning for minds. A moment later she zeroed in on two, their thoughts urgent and focused. This
had to be their perps.
Dredd took point and walked in on two black leather clad individuals. One- a bald, heavier black man, the other- a slender, serious-faced white
woman.
Before Dredd could even issue a warning, the leather pair bolted.
Fight Parameters:
Dredd and Anderson will kill if they have to but they will do their best to capture them both (to get a better story and catch lies).
Morpheus and Trinity won’t be screwing around and will try to put these to down most efficiently. They’ll avoid killing if they can but won’t
hesitate finish them if they prove too much trouble.
