After a drawn-out battle between the Red Lanterns, Darth Maul emerged victorious as assumed the role of leadership. Maul established order and after setting up a firm base on Ysmault he began to focus on the bigger picture of taking over the rest of the galaxy with his new Red Lantern Corp.
After the gathering on Oa by the mysterious Dark Watcher, the Green Lantern Corp, much like the other Corps, were teleported away to their respective 'Home Base' to begin in the Dark Watcher's twisted game. Quickly a decision was made by the majority to fight back against this tyrant and stand together with their new power. However...there were few that didn't share this idea. These few only wished to return to their own worlds, to pick up the pieces of their life. Unfortunately, they would see first hand what it meant to be apart of the Green Lantern Corp.
After a rather... interesting... confrontation, the newly formed Yellow Lantern Corp set up base on Qward. A firm leader in Norman Osborn, Slenderman working as the Corp's Power Battery, and most of the members sharing a united vision of galactic domination; that alone put them ahead of the rest of the Corps, and in turn, the war. Norman wasted little time sending a first strike crew, including himself, to "test the waters" against the other Lanterns. What luck that they find three unexpecting Green Lanterns traveling nearby? An omen, perhaps, that the Yellow Lantern Corps was destined to rule the universe...
This battle was only the start of what was to become the largest war any universe had ever seen...
Whose fate will be decided here? Which team emerges victorious!?
Red Lanterns: Harry Potter, Kratos, Juggernaut
Green Lanterns: Percy Jackson, Ichigo Kurosaki, Bigby Wolf
Yellow Lanterns: Freddy Krueger, Norman Osborn, Gin Ichimaru

Oh man, I can't wait for the finale! A massive war between loads of lantern powered characters will be great.
As for this fight, I say that Red Lanterns would win, with the Green Lanterns coming a close second. Juggernaut and Kratos can wreak havoc with their colossal strength combined with enhanced rage powers. Though Bigby would probably wipe the Yellow Lanterns out in his Big Bad Wolf form if they piss him off too much.

Awesome Match. Fuck Freddy with a yellow lantern ring and Kratos with the red ring clean house. Those two are perfect for those ring and will be very powerful. Afterwards I'm sorry but Freddy takes it. The dude already at full power is a reality warper and the king of fears. I see him being able to beat Kratos with powerful mental games using constructs while at the same time handing him his ass in battle.

Freddy is only that powerful in the dream realm. Granted, he already has experience with God like power, so he should be very skilled with a ring, yeah. In the real world I think he still has access to some supernatural powers but is otherwise mortal, and probably can't compete with a rage fuelled Juggy or Kratos. Osborn is pretty expendable, but I don't know about the other guy on the yellow team . The Greens are probably a much greater threat to the Reds than the Yellows though.

A war of light with mixed characters like this would be epic.
I'm liking the Red Lanterns here.
But I have to say, that Freddy with a yellow lantern is like the king of Nightmares of Elm Street.

Good scenario, Russ, but personally, I expected to see a bit more layered of a story here. Also, part of me wonders if the Green Lantern Corps should have been included amongst the profiles in this match (though another part of me also remembers that the Red Lantern and Sinestro Corps haven't been added to the Database yet).
As for the match, I'd say Red Lantern Juggernaut may give his Corps too much power to lose this. The Red Lantern ring and his Cytorrakian power might boost each other to nearly unprecedented levels.

Nope Freddy at full power has reality warping powers in the real world this occurs from the last few Nightmare films all the way to both Freddy vs Jason vs Ash comic series which is also cannon.

I guess this depends on whether the Freddy in this match has those powers yet. If he does, then that would make him pretty OP.
The reboot Freddy on the other hand, in his latest appearance in Mortal Kombat 9, doesn't have those reality warping powers but instead has two claw gloves. Since it is always the latest version of the characters used in each match unless specified, it must be reboot Freddy in this match. In that case, my previous point still stands.

Actually Red Lanterns are in danger of losing there rage when going against the blue lanterns with hope and pink lanterns with love. Those lanterns are more dangerous to them then Green Lanterns. A yellow lantern would be just as dangerous since the power of fear could be used to screw around with there emotions. You know know make them too scared to be angry and more. Freddy doesn't have to worry about being mortal with a yellow lantern ring so that point is rendered moot.
Freddy is already the king of the dream world. You give him a yellow lantern ring and anybody who hasn't overcome any fears within them like Juggy for example is fucked. Add in the fact a yellow lantern is just as powerful as a Green Lantern. Freddy would be just as powerful as Sinestro with a yellow lantern ring given some time.

Yeah, but Bigby can transform into a freaking 20 foot tall demon wolf with the power to literally blow his opponents away. Ichigo is also pretty powerful from what I can remember as well, so they make the Green Lanterns a very real threat.
Freddy is still indeed pretty scary and can inspire great fear but a guy like Kratos probably doesn't even feel fear anymore after everything he's been through. How exactly would Freddy be able to make his opponents so scared that they can't be angry anymore? How would Freddy know what makes these guys scared, especially if they're in the middle of a fight and haven't met before.

Yellow Lanterns can enter your mind and instantly bring out there opponent's fears. Once that happens they can increase the fear to the point there opponent is horrified while the ring wielder's power increases. To make it worse they can create contructs of your fear to screw with you even more. You forget too most Lantern rings have the ability to affect and use fundamental forces of the known universe like gravity, radiation, heat, light, powerful blasts of concussive force, and other abilities. Lantern rings can even absorb energy, magic, and more. We don't know what fear Kratos may have. He could have nightmares about the killings of his wife and child for all you know. Wolf could have plenty of fears regarding the rest of the fable characters like Snow White who he cares for and more. Yeah fear can be used to increase a person's fears and nightmares to the point your too screwed up with fear as well as confusion to even be angry.

Wolf could have plenty of fears regarding the rest of the fable characters like Snow White who he cares for and more. Using fear against Kratos at this point wouldn't faze him so bad. He fights those demons everyday and many opponents have used fear against him in the games. He should be able to break through and tear up some shit. Yeah I did feel like it wasn't as fleshed out as I wanted it too be. But I plan on having a bunch of these so the story will have many layers. And if you want I can add some outside links to the individual corps, that way people know more about the powers and stuff.

His opponents have never used fear against him the way Freddy and Yellow Lanterns do against others. Freddy is brilliant, sick, and terrifying scary in the way he brings out nightmares you didn't even know you had. You give him a yellow lantern ring and he has a cosmic power in what he can do in regards to fear. That's not even adding the powerful abilities lantern rings have.
Even Batman has been brought to his knees by Scarecrow for example who pulled out fears Batman didn't even know he still had. Eventually Batman overcame it of course but I see the same thing happeneing with Kratos. I could see Freddy bringing out fears Kratos didn't even know he had or still possessed. Imagine Freddy forming constructs of his dead wife and children right in front of him telling him how horrible he was or how he never loved him. Imagine Freddy making multiple constructs of all the dead people he killed and more to fuck with his mind.
Freddy is the last person I would want to face as opponent if I were a Lantern.
