I think Darth Maul has the most over all rage to power the ring best.

If Cain ever learned how to access the Juggernaut's full powers, having a Red Lantern ring would likely be redundant.

From what I've heard about a Red Lantern's powers, it operates pretty similarly to being possessed by the Crimson Gem of Cytorrak (the source of Juggernaut's powers) as both are essentially fueled by rage.

That is true. In all seriousness, Kratos hasn't really had that much happen to him compared to Maul. Let's see. He was born to a tribe of insane witches on a blood-red planet, he was then kidnapped by a Sith Lord and given a hellish training regimen, and then he was cut in half and chucked down a pit. He was then shipped to a junk planet where he lived alone for like 20 years with only an annoying worm thing for company, and then metal legs were painfully grafted to his skin. And after all that, he was then tortured with force lightning by his old master and saw his brother die in front of him. Maul has a LOT to be angry about. It's only because of his undying rage that he's survived all this. It doesn't matter that two of his opponents are technically indestructible. He still wins.

What does Juggy have to be angry about, anyways? I never really understood why he hates Xavier so much. 

Okay, so realistically, Juggernaut should win. The dude doesn't even need oxygen to breath. But Darth Maul would probably get the most intense power boost from the ring, due to his anger. However, Maul is also more intelligent, more trained, and would probably be able to maintain more control over the Red ring's influence.
