I am sorry but I think Splinter would beat Tai Lung after a long fight and Chewy would kill Blanka with his blaster.

Argue.
I think Splinter would go down just like turtle dude that Tai Lung beat. Splinter might be younger than that turtle master but Tai Lung is too fierce, powerful and experienced enough to defeat the rat in my opinion.
Chewy is stronger than Blanka and would beat him with his blaster but Blanka could put him down with his electricity if the fight went that way. And Blanka is a faster.
Of course Chewy has no chance against Tai Lung.
Splinter should be able to beat Blanka but it's not guaranteed.
I'm voting for team 2.
