Fulgoro would defeat Bionic Woman in my opinion after a long fight unless she has some superman level abilities I am not aware of. Scarlet vs Batman is a hard one because Scarlet has no reason to know Batman should be taken out as fast and efficient as possible. Batman could catch her off guard. I am undecided Scarlett could finish Batman and Fulgore off instantly once she realizes how dangerous they are if she realizes it sooner then later.

I left off rules because my kids wouldn't let me.
But anyway, at this point in the tournament everybody has seen everybody else at least a little bit. So Bats will know Wanda needs some attention but Wanda will know how dangerous the bat guy is and the robot (well cyborg).
And Fulgore should destroy Jamie. She's not even a full conversion cyborg like him so she's got lots of fleshy parts that is no threat to him.
