Maxima has powerful weapons, good fighting skills, and abilities. However Winter Soldier has experience fighting more powerful foes, superior weapons, and the physical abilities to kill Maxima. Also the Green Samurai Ranger is superior in almost every area then Eric. Superior PR abilities, weapons, and fighting skills.

Man, all the teams I like are getting killed but it's always right!
I think this would be a good hard fight though.
