Lol, I feel a need to make an input here.
"He defeated the near-omnipotent god of the universe in a fist fight!"
Well, two important things to note about this:
1. There is actually nothing to indicate that Chakravartin is "near-omnipotent", not even character statements.
2. At no point during the fight, did Chakravartin use anything to indicate that he is "near-omnipotent", so even if he was actually "near-omnipotent", that's a moot point. Kinda similar to Hulk defeating Dr. Strange(empowered by the essence of Zom) in a fist fight.
"I'm sure that if he could defeat the Creator, the most powerful character in the game's universe, then he could easily do more than destroy a solar system, if he were to lose his sense of morality."
That's nice, now all you have to do is actually back that claim up
Without anything to back up claims like that, you're left looking like a fanboy.
Asura hasn't, at any point, demonstrated any power beyond multi-solar busting. And that level, in and of itself, is damn impressive. But just like Bi-Han seems to be pointing out, some of the fans take what he's actually done, and blow it completely out of proportion(he's pretty similar to Broly, in that).
That said, great thread Bi-Han, and pretty much completely agree with you on your posts in it thus far ^^
