I've been unable to login to PSNProfiles for weeks... It sucks. It's a website dedicated to PlayStation. They should make it so it can be accessed by PlayStation devices. Or buy me a computer, since I can't login on my Vita.

I read something some guy posted about him complaining that the Doctor was 'domestically abusing' the TARDIS, which is sentient and considered to be his true companion as well as a vehicle, upon the realisation that Gallifrey was not where it was supposed to be in the last series. In the scene in question, the Doctor smacks the TARDIS console hard enough for sparks to fly out. Here's the thing: The Doctor has been doing stuff like that for ages, and when it got the opportunity, the TARDIS never complained, so it's pretty safe to say that it can't feel any physical damage it is given. The Doctor even has a special hammer that he uses specifically for hitting the TARDIS with when it malfunctions, and regularly uses the thing as a battering ram against enemies.
So what I'm saying is, the dude was wrong, but I don't have a TV Tropes account, so I can't explain to him why he's wrong.

So what I'm saying is, the dude was wrong, but I don't have a TV Tropes account, so I can't explain to him why he's wrong. Doctor TARDIS sadomasochist relationship confirmed. The TV Tropes sections where users express their opinions or 'sudden realisations' about whatever show they like are both hilarious and aggravating, yet like all parts of TV Tropes, they're addictive to read, perhaps because there is the occasional person who brings up a decent point. So many 'Fridge Brilliance' entries (I still have no idea why it's called that) are incredibly obvious. Get this, I read one guy's section in which he has a shocking realisation why Erron Black doesn't write the name 'Corrupted Shinnok' on a bullet when pulling off an X-Ray Attack on the fallen God. You know, I was absolutely blown away by the reason... Listening? Yeah?... It's because it's still Shinnok. Shh... Some of the 'realisations' are just batsh*t insane. This one guy was talking about why Fujin was slowly phased out of the plot of Mortal Kombat over the years as they brought Raiden back. I think he gave a long winded (and I mean long winded) explanation about how lightning is more powerful than wind, and that the Midway guys were trying emphasise how much more powerful lightning was by getting rid of Fujin. Nothing to do with the fact that Raiden is a far more popular and iconic character, or that Raiden was simply brought back in place of Fujin for Deadly Alliance by popular demand from the fans.
*Sigh*... On a different note, I've been recently gone back to watching Doctor Who again, as y'all can probably tell due to me not shutting up about it, with Peter Capaldi's series being generally really damn good so far, with a couple of exceptions... *cough*Kill the Moon*cough*In the Forest of the Night*cough*... And I've come to notice how petty certain members of the 'fandom' (God damn I hate using that word) are really petty. I watched this YouTuber basically moan about how he didn't like Capaldi's Sonic Screwdriver or the way he held it for a really long time. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, and I respect his, but a whole video dedicated to ranting about such a minor element seemed quite unnecessary.
FiveWhoFans, on the other hand, are actually a great source of Who based entertainment on YouTube for fans of the show, if any of you are here. Reviews, hilarious impressions of the Doctors, and they all seem to really know their stuff. While they occassionally come across as hipsters, they often bring up legitimate points and questions about the show, and how the fans have influenced the show's direction.

Glad this forum is still up. Not the most random thought, but hopefully it'll suffice on this thread.

I both like and don't like Meijer's Black Friday.. On the one hand, being in the morning, we can go early, get a PS4(hopefully), and get back before football starts/resume normal Thanksgiving festivities. On the other hand, what's it going to be like when every other major retailer is waiting till the evening to start? They should all change to the morning. Or better yet, go back to starting on Friday. Thanksgiving Day is supposed to be reserved for food and football, damn it!

So, I'm doing NaNoWriMo this month (I have NO IDEA how I found the time to compete...) and I'm writing at least 1667 words a day. Granted, I'm a little behind... As usual...
But this prompts me to wonder why I don't write miscellaneous things more often...
Like, how is it that I can write an entire novel in a month, but when it comes to drafting an Official Match, there needs to be a tourney and I need to write it within three hours of it being due??? >___>
Deadlines. I need DEADLINES.

Lol. I was the same way on a couple tourneys on the old EF. Always waited until the last minute to study for a test, too. :/

A girl called me an uncultured swine because she was under the impression that I didn't know who Martian Manhunter was. I was hurt.

Well, that was an experience. One I may never partake in again.. But it wasn't too bad. At least I got a PS4. But I had to wait in line for a half hour to 45 minutes. Had ideas of getting a TV, too, but those sold out. Gonna keep rocking that 26 inch standard definition. ;w;
Went to Walmart afterwards and bought a couple games. New system, but still a cheap ass. :/ Only bought AC: Unity and FFX/X-2. Would have bought Far Cry 4, as well, had they had it. Flirted with a couple of the $25 ones(Borderlands and GTA V), but in the end decided to hold off. Kinda sad that most of what I want to buy for my new system is old shit, lol. Waiting for complete versions of a lot of the real next gen games.. Protip: Walmart's system updates at midnight, apparently. So you can go and get things at the 6 P.M. sale price right now.
