I think we should just allow any character the original creator perceives to be a fictional character. I wouldn't normally say fanfic characters should be allowed, but if they are different enough from the source material (like Cupcakes Pinky Pie for example, who is already in the database) then I guess it would be ok.
Anyway, character suggestions:
