Due to the low volume of activity here on the site I am going to take it upon myself to organize a tournament for writers.
Much like our previous EF site had before its final year, I want to institute a tournament that will reward our top writer after a series of rounds. The number of rounds depends on the number members that want to participate.
EARLY GUIDELINES:
- Each round of writing will have a central theme for the entries.
- The writings will have a strict deadline to be fair as far as equal time goes.
- The Entries will need to be posted in the OFFICIAL MATCHES forum
- The writings will be judged by Grammar, how well the characters are portrayed to their actual source material, how on topic of the theme you stay, etc. (The actual rules and guidelines will be posted later after convening with other admin)
While I can not afford as grand of a prize as the previous site, the overall winner of the tournament will be awarded something of value. (Undecided on a gift card, item, etc at this time)
To be as fair as possible, I would like to ask any admin level members that are willing to help me judge the writings accordingly. If you are interested in helping me judge, PM me and we can hash out specifics on ideas.
