I am gonna straddle the fence a little bit here.
It doesn't really matter for official matches, votes are based off of writing quality, not power. A sucky superman-esque character loses to a good martial artist in the matches that matter.
But some powers could be against the spirit of their tiers, and I think it's appropriate to keep these "game-breaking" powers where they should be. So here, I think supreme is ok. But sometimes it really is inappropriate to take that high of a level power, and we should use supreme at our own discretion.
Now, Nihlz has demonstrated that the powers can be split up, so that works too. Even though the power was split up kind of weirdly.
