Frieza is notoriously infamous! I don't blame you for using him. I could see the Silver Surfer enjoying the last bite of a cup of pudding, Bills getting mad and challenging him, threatening to blow up the planet, Surfer fighting him, then having to take on Whis, who makes the God of Destruction (galaxy buster) look like an amateur by comparison lol. Edit: excuse da run on sentence. Bills(beerus) is not a confirmed galaxy buster(or even close). |

He's closer to being a galaxy buster than anyone else shown in the entire series, save for Whis. He never made that claim, but we've heard claims like that from people significantly weaker than him. While he may (or may not) be able to wipe out a galaxy in the most complete and literal sense, I have strong faith in his ability to wipe out all life/all planets in a particular galaxy.

The term "-buster", indicates that the person can destroy the object being talked about(planet-buster, solar system-buster, galaxy-buster, etc.), with a single, or just a few, attacks. The most powerful enemy before Bills, that we have a confirmed large-scale destruction capability for, was Buu, who has the raw power to take out a few solar systems(multi solar system-buster). In order to be a galaxy-buster, he(bills) would have to be more than a billion times more powerful than Buu. And while he's considerably more powerful, he does not have a power advantage over Buu, that is a billion times that of Buu(or even close). The only other DBZ character(villain) that fan(boy)s tend to refer to as a galaxy-buster, is Broly, who is at roughly the same power level as Cell(perfect). Even someone like Odin, from Marvel, is only a debatable galaxy-buster(the only actual feats that confirm him as such, are rather ambiguous). Just to give a comparison from outside of DBZ. |
