I love 80s and 90s action movies. Will definitely move this series up on my to watch list.

If you want an 80s/90s action movie, in video game form, as well, get Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon. I just finished it; game's freakin' sweet. Finally, got around to finishing Sands of Destruction, today, as well. Hooray, for productivity! I liked it. Very different from the game, but still good. I'm making better decisions, with my anime choices, lately. I'd better quit, before I run into another turd. DX

Lol. I know, right? That episode sucked. It did turn into a funny running gag, later in the series, though. Assuming you've seen the whole thing.. don't read Marv: eventually that blond dude, confessed his love to her, kissed her, and promptly died, as well. Simon's lucky, he never kissed her. Her lips are the lips of DEATH! Stay the hell away, from me, Yoko!

Took the plunge. If Gun X Sword and Blue Gender suck, I'm blamin' all o' y'all, for staying silent. At least Updatedude's blog post, gives me some confidence, that Gun X Sword may be pretty good. And I probably wouldn't have listed, and bought Blue Gender, anyways. :/ Used to see it, on almost every one of my DBGT VHSes, and always wanted to check it out. Didn't have cable, when it aired, I'm guessing..

Gun X Sword is pretty cool. Kinda like a Trigun with mechs. Unfortunately, unlike Trigun, it doesn't have that great support character, in Nicolas D. Wolfwood. And the main character, is a bit less likable, than Vash.. But for $16, I'm satisfied with my purchase. A little over halfway through it, right now. Also, Ehhhhh.. Episode 2 of El Cazador was really good. Episodes 1, 3, 4, and 5.. meh. Where the hell's Landon, so he can tell me not to watch this crap?! where are the assholes to remind me, that I watched this, after saying I hadn't watched anything bad in awhile? This is not the EF, I once knew!

Holy crap, that second half was good! Completely changed my opinion, of the whole damn series. Priscilla comes in late, and I mean late. Her first appearance isn't until episode 14, for crying out loud! Easily, my favorite girl, in the show. Then the old guys, that looked like would be a one-off, early in the series, come back, too. I liked them a lot, as well. And that Joshua's brother(who I forget the name of :/) was pretty bad ass, also. Just.. wow. I don't think I've ever had a show, where I went from this is "pretty cool," to "I'm so damn glad I decided to buy this," so far into it.
Blue Gender is all right, so far. If the whole thing's death, blood, and no laughs.. I may not enjoy it as much as Gun X. I'm more into Shonen-y type stuff, because of it being more lighthearted(and usually around a PG-13 rating). I don't do a whole lot of 'R' rated movies, either.. But it's pretty good, for what it is. At this point, the one I wanted more, may end up being the one I liked less, though. Funny how that works out.

I should stop giving early impressions; they're continuously wrong! Blue Gender was pretty damn good. ..Then the last episode happened. It's an ending, that I'm sorta happy with. But it's so darn confusing, at the same time. Maybe the movie will help, clear things up?

Not only the story, not only the characters, not only the settings, but THIS is why Oda is best Manga creator.

Just thought I'd mention this: Cowboy Bebop Bluray/DVD, since Bebop's one of the most well-known and well-liked anime series, to date. Even though I don't care for it, as much as some, I can't argue its mainstream appeal. Funimation to the license rescue, again! I'll stick with my recorded DVDs, though, 'cause that's pretty damn pricey. ^^' Really feel like they're trying to milk that cash cow, with those prices.. Trigun didn't even run me half that much(though, it was only DVDs; maybe that's why?).

Is it still going? Thought it was ending, soon? Or is OMFG like me, and way behind, since subbed anime sucks. Speaking of dubbed anime, the new One Piece collection set is out, tomorrow. But I haven't ordered it, yet... Don't think I've paid more than $20, for any of them. And the last one was only $15. So, I'm waiting for a price drop, since it's currently double that..
