I don't know why I keep punishing myself, by watching The Walking Dead.. If any of you guys are still watching it, what did you think of that stupid cliffhanger? Negan said the same line he did in the comics, after bashing Glenn's head in. So, I suspect he's the one who died. Again. Fucking Kirkman. Changes all kinds of things with the show, but doesn't change the one thing I really wanted him to. But maybe I'll be wrong, who knows. That was one of the worst decisions that show has ever made. Almost makes me want to drop the show completely.

I didn't know Martian Manhunter would be in this show. Frickin' awesome! One episode left, and I will be fully caught up on Supergirl.

This Scream Queens show is ridiculous, I love it. Supergirl's ending was ridiculous... I didn't love it. Like, this super powerful mind control thing is stopped by an inspirational speech? I feel like this show jumped the shark, at the end. And who's in the fricking pod!? Cliffhangers suck so bad..

Dude if your wearing that Superman symbol that's exactly how she should overcome it. Are you kidding? That was nice. Hope...Enough said. Jumped the shark? It should have done way more however this season was still good. I will say I am tired of this we can't see Superman shit. Don't establish a multiverse and then do this bullshit. Supergirl needs Superman on her show now and then. It will not continue for long without him. As a Supes fan I know this. Hell DC right can benefit from having alternate Superman for people on TV.
By the way are the same writers going around the CW show and having there characters act like morons? Good god. The 100, Flash, Arrow, Originals, and Vampire Diaries.

Man, I am really gonna miss Billie Lourd, if she's not in the second season of Scream Queens. She was great!
And if you say so, BBJ... It just seems silly to me that mind control powerful enough to enslave Superman, could be overridden by a simple speech of hope. :/

No not silly. If Superman had given that speech he would have broke the mind control as well. Both are loved and inspire people. We are dealing with a older and more mature Supergirl based more off of Pre-Crisis Supergirl which is great. Also Superman has broke mind controls similar to that himself. Like on the series finale of Smallville.

Just because it happened before doesn't make it not silly

It would be silly if Superman and Supergirl couldn't break a mind control with everything they represent. Also we have no clue how powerful or weak mentally this Superman is to telepathy and other forms of mind control.

Regardless of Superman's resistance/nonresistance to telepathy, it took quite a bit out of MM to protect a single person from it. I just think it's a bit Farfetch'd( ), that it could be broken with a speech. Especially, considering not even a person about to die had it broken. Evidenced by the 3 suicide attemptees, that Supergirl saved 2 out of 3 of. And it's not like her talking to anyone in person did anything, but over TV air waves does? I haven't seen Smallville. Never was a big Superman fan. But I figured it had been done before, and that would be presented as an argument. Being comic books, normal logic goes right out the window. I should know this, but I still find it silly. :/ Game of Thrones spoilers. The man who knows nothing is back! Woohoo! Ramsay is a pretty twisted guy. Still, he's never going to be as hated as Joffrey, I don't think.

Okay fair point and very true regarding Manhunter. Smallville's was great and it was not over tv airwaves. The first episode of Game of Thrones was good and I liked it.

I just started Gotham, and so far, I hate the Penguin. He's just such a conniving, backstabbing little piece of shit. It's true to his character, though. I just hate the Penguin. That's all.

I'm rewatching Chuck. It's still better than probably all the shows that have been talked about in the past few months on this thread.
This includes shows I talked about. Because Chuck is awesome.

I also like Chuck. +1'd.
I feel really bad for the Riddler on Gotham. He's trying so hard to express himself and everyone's consistently shitting on him. I think it'll be really satisfying when he snaps.

To be honest, Gotham initially had me hooked, but eventually I got bored of it, and some of the show's flaws started to become visible to me as I continued to watch. Some of the more fantastical or comic book-y moments don't entirely mesh well with the overall tone of the show. It becomes hard to root for Jim and Bullock when you see how corrupt and easily intimidated the rest of the Gotham PD can be, best seen when Zsasz shows up.
The scenes with Bruce and Alfred are frankly the worst part of the show. Bruce is annoying because of his precociousness and it becomes hard to take him seriously. And while Sean Pertwee is a great actor, I find it hard to find Alfred likeable either.
One of the most parodied aspects of the show are the insanely obvious hints as to characters' fates, going as far to make it more blatant than the source material. For example, Jim encounters the girl who would go on to become Poison Ivy. Okay, fair enough, it'd be good if the only hint was that she liked plants, but her real name in this universe is actually Ivy, as if it weren't made obvious enough.
Despite my ragging, the show isn't bad, it's actually pretty good. The first episode was probably the best, but for me, it was unfortunately one of those things that just kinda faded out of my life as it started to decline. Nigma, Cobblepot, Falcone, Maroni and our two lead protagonists are the most likeable and memorable characters.

Flash's season finale was good. When he went back in time to that point. I am went ah shit CW is going to pull a New 52 and change shit up. I hope Supergirl, Arrow, and Legends are all affected by this move some how. Good Ending. I stopped watching Gotham midway this Season. Its horrible and there doing too many things before Bruce is Batman. This series can not continue without a huge time jump.
